C4E Forum 2025
The Central & Eastern European Energy Efficiency Forum
20–23 May 2025
Cavtat, Croatia
The go-to event for EPBD and EED implementation in the CEE region
The C4E Forum 2025 brought together people working on energy efficiency in buildings across Central and Eastern Europe.
With the deadline for bringing the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) into national law approaching, it was a crucial moment to share knowledge, practical examples of policies and financing schemes, and real-world renovation case studies to support the implementation of the EPBD and the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED).
Whether a policymaker, city representative, buildings expert, civil society leader, or industry professional, the C4E Forum 2025 was the place to connect with others, learn from real experiences, and share ideas that could drive real change in the region.

Programme structure
The C4E Forum is a time-efficient event: it began on the Tuesday afternoon, with participants departing on the Friday morning. Over two and a half days, participants attended different types of sessions on the energy efficiency of buildings (from high-level plenaries to panel sessions on practical topics) with plenty of time for networking and entertainment.
