The C4E Forum is a non-profit event that brings together people working on energy efficiency in buildings across Central and Eastern Europe. We keep it deliberately affordable so that everyone in this community can take part, and our sponsors make that possible: their support keeps the audience broad and helps us welcome participants who might not otherwise be able to attend.
The next edition, C4E Forum 2027, takes place on 18–21 May 2027 in Maribor, Slovenia. If your organisation would like to be part of it, we would be glad to talk with you.
Why partner with the C4E Forum?
- A focused Central and Eastern European audience. Around 80% of participants come from 16 CEE countries.
- 250+ participants working on energy efficiency in buildings.
- A policy-oriented programme with decision-makers and stakeholders from many sectors.
- A diverse, engaged mix of business and trade associations, NGOs and civil society, government and academia. Around 20% are policymakers.
Sponsorship opportunities

Main Sponsor
€17,500 — for companies
- Input on the programme and a seat on the Programme Committee.
- Up to two panel presentations provided by external guests nominated by you, and agreed with the organising committee.
- Nominate one of your representatives as a Panel Leader (the moderator of a parallel session).
- A short presentation at the welcome cocktail, and the chance to hand out the prizes at the closing party.
- Participation of a high-level representative in one of the plenaries.
- Logo and link on the website, newsletter and social media; logo on the plenary backdrop.
- A banner in the plenary room and a branded table in a central location.
- A private meeting room at the venue for meetings or networking.
- Complimentary tickets for your team or guests (three tickets if you pay before 31 January 2027, one after).
Contributing Partner
€6,000 — for non-profit organisations, such as associations
- The opportunity to provide input on the programme.
- Up to one panel presentation provided by an external guest nominated by you.
- Logo and link on the website, newsletter and social media; logo on the plenary backdrop.
- Complimentary tickets for your team or guests (two tickets if you pay before 31 January 2027, one after).
