2.5 days on energy efficiency in buildings — from plenary debates to hands-on workshops

The C4E Forum is designed to fit into a working week: it starts on Tuesday afternoon and ends after breakfast on Friday. In between, participants take part in plenaries, parallel panel sessions and workshops on energy efficiency in buildings, with plenty of time set aside for networking and socialising.

About each programme element

Plenaries

An opportunity to gather all C4E participants in one place for presentations by high-level speakers from international institutions, CEE countries and the EU on regionally relevant subjects.

Parallel sessions

Topical sessions with up to 5 parallel tracks. Each session features 3 × 12-minute presentations on a specific topic, moderated by a Panel Leader. 90 minutes total, with the second half dedicated to discussions and break-out group work.

Welcome cocktail

The first networking moment after the opening plenary and dinner. It is the first chance to engage with the energy efficiency community, with a brief moment for introductions from our Partners.

DIY session

Free time on Thursday afternoon for relaxing activities such as visiting the city, swimming, hiking and other activities proposed by participants.

Party

An important part of the programme — no explanation needed.
