Registration for the C4E Forum 2025 is now closed. Below is everything participants needed to know to register and make the most of their experience at the forum in Cavtat, Croatia.

Registration fees

Early registration offered savings on the regular fee. The standard tiers were:

  • Super early registration fee — 700 EUR (17% off the regular fee)
  • Early registration fee — 775 EUR (9% off the regular fee)
  • Regular registration fee — 850 EUR

Additional discounts for eligible participants

Participants who met both of the following criteria were eligible for an extra EUR 75 reduction:

  • They represented public administration or a non-profit civil organisation, and
  • their organisation was based in a CEE-region country.

This brought the cost down to a reduced registration fee of 625 EUR (26% off the regular fee).

Eligibility was subject to approval by the Organising Committee. Eligible participants selected the reduced fee option during registration and provided any required documentation for verification.

What was included in your registration fee

  • Full access to all event activities (opening ceremony, high-level plenaries, panel sessions, and closing party).
  • Accommodation in a twin-bed room, shared with either:
    • another participant of the C4E Forum 2025 of your choice, or
    • a family member (special rates available).
  • All meals during the event, arranged by the organisers.

Room accommodation options

The standard registration (both reduced and non-reduced) included twin-bed room accommodation.

Participants could pay 100 EUR more for the whole stay, in addition to their fee, to get a single room.

Those who wished to extend their stay or bring a family member could email info@c4eforum.net to find out about special rates.

How registration worked

  1. Participants completed the online registration form with their details and preferences, indicating their billing address.
  2. They received a proforma invoice / quotation and processed payment by bank transfer.
  3. Upon payment confirmation, they received their final invoice and registration confirmation.
