The Central & Eastern European Energy Efficiency Forum 2025 (C4E Forum 2025) took place between the 20th and 23rd of May 2025 in Cavtat, Croatia. This peaceful small town sits in a picturesque part of the Dalmatian coastline along the Adriatic Sea, close to Dubrovnik airport (19 km away). The region is perfect for exploring, with walking trails, horse riding and coastal routes, and opportunities for wine tasting, diving, hiking, cycling and other outdoor activities.

Hotel Croatia, Cavtat

The venue was Hotel Croatia, a five-star resort with a well-known conference centre. Set among pine trees, it looks out over both the open Adriatic Sea and Cavtat Bay. The hotel opened in 1973, and parts of it still keep their 1970s character alongside the modern renovation.

Participants could enjoy the shade of the pine forest and the sea views from the hotel balconies. For those eager to stay a little longer, the hotel made an excellent base for exploring the city of Dubrovnik and the wider Dubrovnik Riviera.
